Healthy Doughnut Holes

Grain free, paleo, and vegan friendly I struggled to come up with a name for these bites of magic. They taste like a healthy sugar cookie dough and/or healthy doughnut holes.  They are filled with good fats and natural sugars, and fit within a grain free, vegan, and/or paleo lifestyle. They also make a good pre and post workout snack.  Ingredients: 1 Cup coconut shreds 1/2 Cup melted coconut butter  1/4 Cup melted coconut oil 2 Tbsp cashew butter 1 Cup walnuts  1/2 Cup almond flour 6 pitted medjool dates  1 tsp cinnamon  1 tsp cardamom  1 tsp maca  Add all ingredients to a food processor (I use a Cuisinart bought at Goodwill. It works like a charm). Blend for a few minutes until all ingredients are fully mixed. It will eventually turn into a large ball like structure. Once it’s finished, scoop out a tablespoon size amount and roll into a ball and place on a baking sheet, then place the balls in the freezer  for 20 minutes. Once they are pretty solid,
