Lazy Keto Wraps

After working all day, I get a little too lazy to make dinner. I am not the type to meal plan a prep because I am lazy, but I can still find ways stick to my high fat dietary lifestyle and still keep it it simple & nutritious.

I came up with these Keto Wraps for those lazy nights.

Ingredients:

Swiss Chard (you can use collard greens or cabbage)
2 eggs
Your choice of oil, ghee, or butter (for the eggs)
4 slices of bacon
Parmesan cheese (shredded)
Swiss cheese (shredded)
Half and avocado
*optional seasonings Bacon salt and Everything Bagel Seasoning from Trader Joes

Instructions:

Fry up the bacon until desired level of crispy.
Fry the eggs up ( I like them a little runny) in oil of your choice or butter. While the eggs are cooking, cut the bacon up in to bits, and then slice up the avocado.
Lay two large leafs of chard, collards, or cabbage on a a plate. On each leaf, sprinkle your desired amount of Swiss cheese, place one egg for each leaf, sprinkle with desired amount of Parmesan, followed by bacon bits, and then divide the sliced avocado evenly, and then place on top.
Sprinkle with seasonings.

Enjoy!

Unicorn Moonshine aka Keto//OS

Let's talk about this new therapeutic supplement that's about to make waves in the health industry...KETO//OS, but my girl gang of bio hackers & I like to call it "Unicorn Moonshine". I was attracted to this supplement after dealing with depression and fatigue for two weeks.  I was so fatigued, that I kept sleeping in and struggling to get myself out of bed, and when I finally got out of bed, I had brain fog.   My morning routine includes working out because it helps quite a bit with my depression and I was a former Beachbody coach, but I got too tired to workout & the pre-workout I was drinking gave me anxiety. The kind of anxiety where my chest tightens up, so I needed something to bring me back to my magical self, and unfortunately, medication isn't an option for me.   One random day, a facebook friend was doing a live about therapeutic ketones and giving a review of her experience with them, so I reached out and ordered a caffeinated ...

Unicorn Coffee (Best Bullet Proof Coffee)

After dealing with some heavy amounts of fatigue and depression for two weeks, I reached out to a friend and tried out a supplement with the nickname "Unicorn Moonshine". Why Unicorn Moonshine? For starters, it makes you feel magical AF, and secondly, it is the first therapeutic ketone supplement on the market. This supplement is backed by research at the University of South Florida.  Unicorn Moonshine aka Keto//OS allows you to feel the benefits of elevated ketone levels in the blood without being on a strict ketogenic diet. Ketones are a superior source of fuel for your tissues, especially your brain over glucose, but due to being told that fat is bad for us, we have never really experienced the power of this amazing fuel source until now.  For more info watch my YouTube video here:  What is Unicorn Moonshine ,  and also check out these  Frequently Asked Questions .  I've benefited from this supplement in more ways than I expected. "Berry Dreamy" Ketogenic Smoothie

For the past few years I've gotten used to getting my workouts done in the mornings complete with a smoothie for breakfast, but after deciding a couple weeks ago to switch to a diet high in fats and low in carbs & sugar, I needed to figure out how to covert my smoothies to a high fat - low carbohydrate ratio. I was drinking shakeology daily, but it's loaded with carbs, so this dietary change has been a fun challenge to get creative in the kitchen post-sweat sesh. I made a trip to Trader Joe's yesterday, and had to look at the nutritional information on every fruit to find that the frozen mixed berry medley had the lowest amount of net carbs per serving (9g). I had lots of high fat foods already on hand, so I came up with this... Its high in good fat + nutrients! "Berry Dreamy" Smoothie ingredients:  1 Cup of unsweetened almond milk 3/4 Cup of frozen mixed berrry medley (Rasberries, blueberries, strawberries, and blackberries) 1 packet o...
