Unicorn Moonshine aka Keto//OS

Let's talk about this new therapeutic supplement that's about to make waves in the health industry...KETO//OS, but my girl gang of bio hackers & I like to call it "Unicorn Moonshine".

I was attracted to this supplement after dealing with depression and fatigue for two weeks.
I was so fatigued, that I kept sleeping in and struggling to get myself out of bed, and when I finally got out of bed, I had brain fog.
My morning routine includes working out because it helps quite a bit with my depression and I was a former Beachbody coach, but I got too tired to workout & the pre-workout I was drinking gave me anxiety. The kind of anxiety where my chest tightens up, so I needed something to bring me back to my magical self, and unfortunately, medication isn't an option for me.

One random day, a facebook friend was doing a live about therapeutic ketones and giving a review of her experience with them, so I reached out and ordered a caffeinated 5 day "unicorn moonshine" experience, and once I started feeling the mental benefits, I was convinced, and then ordered an experience pack so my friends and family could try it out for themselves.  After a couple days, I began experiencing mental clarity and focus much like adderall, but without the moodiness and crashes.  I was previously taking adderall just to get basic stuff done, and I haven't had to do that since day one of my ketone experience, due to ketones being a sustainable source energy for your brain.  This product has been university researched and developed by one of the world renowned doctors & experts on ketosis. One of my close friends has her Phd in biochemisty and told me that beta hydroxybuyrate (BHB)-- a ketone, is able to cross the blood brain barrier to provide a superior fuel source to the brain unlike glucose. There is real science behind this supplement and the research is military funded.

Some additional benefits I've been experiencing are regulated sleep cycles (I go to sleep around 10:30 PM and wake up well rested at 5:30 AM the next morning), glowing skin, and the very last benefit I expected from 5 days of this amazing drink was fat burning.

After 5 days, this happened to my physique.

Along with my "unicorn moonshine", I've taken on a diet high in fats-low in carbohydrates, and it's working for me. It's not necessary to be on any sort of meal plan while taking KETO//OS, but I personally benefit from it. Plus it feels good to go against everything I believed in when it comes to food.

I'm also now part of a very body positive-supportive online community and I don't feel forced to get "results" for my body. Plain and simple...This stuff helped me get my magic back.

Lazy Keto Wraps

After working all day, I get a little too lazy to make dinner. I am not the type to meal plan a prep because I am lazy, but I can still find ways stick to my high fat dietary lifestyle and still keep it it simple & nutritious.   I came up with these Keto Wraps for those lazy nights. Ingredients:  Swiss Chard (you can use collard greens or cabbage) 2 eggs Your choice of oil, ghee, or butter (for the eggs) 4 slices of bacon Parmesan cheese (shredded) Swiss cheese (shredded) Half and avocado  *optional seasonings Bacon salt and Everything Bagel Seasoning from Trader Joes Instructions:  Fry up the bacon until desired level of crispy. Fry the eggs up ( I like them a little runny) in oil of your choice or butter. While the eggs are cooking, cut the bacon up in to bits, and then slice up the avocado.  Lay two large leafs of chard, collards, or cabbage on a a plate. On each leaf, sprinkle your desired amount of Swiss cheese, place one egg for ea

Healthy Doughnut Holes

Grain free, paleo, and vegan friendly I struggled to come up with a name for these bites of magic. They taste like a healthy sugar cookie dough and/or healthy doughnut holes.  They are filled with good fats and natural sugars, and fit within a grain free, vegan, and/or paleo lifestyle. They also make a good pre and post workout snack.  Ingredients: 1 Cup coconut shreds 1/2 Cup melted coconut butter  1/4 Cup melted coconut oil 2 Tbsp cashew butter 1 Cup walnuts  1/2 Cup almond flour 6 pitted medjool dates  1 tsp cinnamon  1 tsp cardamom  1 tsp maca  Add all ingredients to a food processor (I use a Cuisinart bought at Goodwill. It works like a charm). Blend for a few minutes until all ingredients are fully mixed. It will eventually turn into a large ball like structure. Once it’s finished, scoop out a tablespoon size amount and roll into a ball and place on a baking sheet, then place the balls in the freezer  for 20 minutes. Once they are pretty solid,
